Epg button

Chassis sl121, 46 bid compose.
After update to 7.5.0, my peg button is not working (your requist not available at the moment?).

Button info than to epg not a problem?

True menu, record, epg not a problem.

The epg data is reachable but not by a simple press on the button?

Anyone a solution?

Okay, finished my Test. Indi 55 Compose SL121 SW 7.5: No problems with EPG.

Youve made a factory Reset yesterday, that means you need to activate the programs in EPG.

Open EPG then Menu and "Choose programs" . Then set to all programms of Favourite Lists.

I did choose the list. Epg is working but not the epg button?

I go to epg by bypass, info button, epg info. It workshop but it is bugging me that the button on the remote is responsed with, thuis action is not possible right now (but then in dutch).

Did you proceed a complete first installalation after updating?

Pressing the EPG button, you don´t get the typical EPG screen (just without any info), but only the text that your request ist not available? On the other hand using the Info button two times you get all the information within the EPG window? Strange

Did you try a downgrade?

Before you donwgrade you should switch off the Power for one night.

Because it helps sometimes to make sure that really every single Capacitor is discharged.

I have it after The update to 7.5.0

I tried a downgrade (but not after leaving the tv off for 24h).

With the old software also no luck with the epg button?

So I upgraded again to 7.5.0. Both times I did a first install.

Do you have the possobility to try with another Loewe Assist? Althoug TV seems to recognize the EPG button when it´s pushed.

Something wrong with the 7.5.0 in Netherland - think so, having a look at the other Thread

Thanks for your responses. I think the update in Netherlands is not without problems. Because our provider UPC has not made a deal with Loewe we have to do some minor tweaks to use the ci+ module (install country Germany or Osstereich)

Maybe that is one of the problems also.

I will wait for the new 7.9.0. Does anybody know when this will introduced.
