Since new software installed TV has now crashed on consecutive nights. This first manifests itself by no sound , the TV freezes and doesn't respond to the remote and you have to turn off by power switch. Impossible to navigate to send a log.
Like I say happened twice in 24hrs so will download to an earlier software version as the current one is causing issues. Not good that such issues still plague these sets; there may be a lot of software updates but there is an underlying reason for this!

Pleased to report that I have received a comprehensive reply from Loewe UK. Loewe are aware of this problem and are now working on a fix as we speak. Several logs have been sent from the UK. TV crashes after several hours usage the first indication being a sluggish response to the remote.
