Exiting TV Apps
One thing that I have discovered is the importance of properly exiting an App say for example Amazon before returning to watch another source. If you don't and the app is left running the background it can cause all sorts of issues in particular causing the image to flash/jump. Thought this may be of help.

This is a totally useful advise which doesn't only apply to the TV apps! In the past I was experiencing apps or players still running in the background to crash if not stopped properly before switching to a different feature of the TV. In such cases virtually anything might happen: in the best case the TV crashes and the problem will heal itself by the automatic reboot, typically some parts of the software no longer seem to work until the next reboot, in the worst case weird video or audio distortion my be the result (or demon fly out of your nose).
So be a good citizen and then you'll be a happy camper, too!
