Hi !
Good day, I have some problems on my old SL 220. The HD channels are getting frozen and sometimes dissapear the image.
Can somebody give me a help with the previous software image? Now my TV with lastest software VV2.4.55.0:
I would like to :
* Get software V2.1.36 to downgrade
* Get USB files for Emergency Software Update
* Downgrade
* Upgrade
Or if somebody has any other idea, I will be helpful!

Software version V2.4.55.0 is the last version for this chassis; there is no newer one. The problem sounds more like faulty RAM. This can certainly happen with these older machines.
You can try reinstalling this software cleanly.
