Art SL410 no sound BBCiplayer

TV had no sound output when reverting back to watching DVB from watching BBCiplayer
TV froze; had to switch off via power button as remote unresponsive
All picture settings lost

Isolated issue (although not 1st time TV has froze with unresponsive remote); after hard reset all performing normally

Whilst I do like Loewe TV (I have bought 2!) these glitches are to say the least annoying and persistent and I stand by my previous comments re Loewe and its glitchy software which spoils an otherwise excellent product and it must historically been very costly for the Company (AVforums in the UK for example advise against purchase describing such issues as too tiresome to recommend
