TV wi fi function failed

After watching Apple TV and switching to DVB broadcasts the TV had no wi fi capability , and had no way of re establishing a connection.
No issue with the internet connection with other connected devices in the household
Switching TV on/of restored matters

I do have a Log saved to my USB as a zip file but not sure how to send this to Loewe??

No WiFi at all or just not to your home router? Try enabling your smartphone‘s hotspot and hook TV onto this.

No wi fi at all ; the ability to reestablish a connection function via the Network Wizard also disappeared in the setting menu
