bild 3.43 self rebooting after channel switch to UHD channel on DVB-S tuner (log file 88721)

Hello!
I am using Loewe bild 3.43 with satellite CAM module Irdeto (Russian satellite provider MTS TV) within one month.
I have 3 UHD channels via DVB-S2 and one UHD channel via DVB-T2.
Sometime TV is self rebooting after channel switch to any UHD DVB-S2 channel. Its occured about 1 time per 15 channel switch to UHD channel.
Until now its occured about 20 times (less than 1 time per day).

I have sent log file from TV to Loewe via Internet (request 88721) on 07.07.2018 just after TV self rebooting:
3 minutes before self rebooting TV was switched on to channel 1 (UHD),
then I switched channel to channel 2 (HD),
then I switched channel to channel 3 (SD),
then I switched channel to channel 4 (UHD) and TV is self rebooted.

Before I have sent log file 88721, I have set log level to Debug in service menu.
So, I hope to reсeive clear answer, what is the reason of TV self rebooting and how to eliminate it.

Self rebooting can happen on switching to any DVB-S2 UHD channel.

DVB-T2 UHD channel is watched by me very rare, so now I can say - self rebooting is occured only on DVB-S2 UHD.
Now I have changed in my personal channel list one DVB-S2 UHD to DVB-T2 UHD (with same content) and will look to DVB-T2 UHD more precisly.

OK, im Log ist kein Crash aufgezeichnet, nur der neue Start.
Vermutlich löst nicht der TV den Neustart aus, sondern ein externes Gerät.
Du solltest mal alle externen Komponenten vom TV entfernen, CAM, HDD etc. und beobachten ob das Problem auch dann auftritt.

Ich soll dir aber auch den dringenden Hinweis geben, das GUI Logging (von dir als "log level to Debug" bezeichnet) zu deaktivieren.
Das kann unterschiedlichste Fehler nach sich ziehen. Zur Fehleranalyse ist das nutzlos.

Aus diesem Grund auch nochmal allgemein der Hinweis:
Verstellt nichts im Servicemenü wovon ihr nicht ganz sicher wisst was es tut!

Have you see the reason of Start in log file? (I see in service menu the reason of wakeup after self rebooting - watchdog)
There was only USB3 HDD (Toshiba 3 TB) connected to TV. I have disconnect it now and will write result here after some days of using TV.

I have changed Log level back to default value (Error).
I did not change any other value in service menu except Chassis Options --> LED-DimmingInStandby.

Ich sowieso nicht, aber nein, den Grund für den Neustart geht laut Loewe Techniker nicht aus dem Log hervor.

If CAM - it is conditional access module, then if I will remove it, then I cannot watch DVB-S2 UHD channels, which cause TV restart.

On third day after disconnecting USB3 HDD, I watched final of WM2018 and in the end of match weather in Moscow becomes very bad.
Signal from satellite almost fully dissapear and I switch channel from UHD to SD DVB-S channel. After this channel switching, TV is restarted (you can see on attached image Reason of wakeup - watchdog).
5 minutes later, after one more channel switching to UHD DVB-S channel, TV is stopped responding at all (no reaction to remote control, no picture, no sound, only freezed OSD).
30 seconds later, I turn off TV using switch on TV (you can see on attached image Reason of wakeup - coldboot).
20 minutes later, I have sent new log file from TV to Loewe via Internet (request 09447).

So, external HDD is not the reason of TV self rebooting.

Hope, new log file will help to find the reason of TV self rebooting and stop responding.

Just 5 minutes ago, after channel switch from UHD DVB-T2 to UHD DVB-S2, TV is immideatly self rebooted.
New log file 01776 (was sent via Internet).
External HDD was not connected.

Few minutes ago TV denied to turn on from standby (quick start is disabled). It happens first time. Pressing remote controls ON/OFF button or 1-9 button only actvate white led blinking during buttons pressing, but TV is not switched ON (white led stay lit). I have tryed to turn on TV within 1 minute.
After using on/off switch on TV, TV is alive.
Do I need to send new log file to Loewe now?

Questions to all:
1. Has anyone on this forum such experience (TV denied to turn on) with Loewe bild?
2. Did anyone have the same problem with Loewe bild self restart, which I have decribed in above messages?

It looks, like Loewe is not interested in finding reason of my problem.
OK. I have found similar problem on this forum and how to check problem with power supply - viewtopic.php?f=74&t=7737&start=25#p156813

I have connected USB3 HDD with red and black pictures, adjusted Contrast to 20, Bright to 10, Color to 20. After this, I changed red/black/red/black... about 30 times and TV is self restarted (also I heard, that power of USB HDD has dissapeared at the moment of self restart).
After self restart I tryed again to change red/black/red/black... about 60 times and TV is self restarted again.
After this, 15 minutes ago, I have sent new log file 25562 to Loewe.
But, as I think, log file is no more needed and the reason of problem is the bad power supply. Am I right?

And what I need to do now? TV will be relaced by dealer or just power supply will be replaced by service center?
If it would be neccesary to deliver TV to service center, Loewe will provide replacement TV for service time?

Ich hatte das nochmal an Loewe weitergeleitet, bisher aber noch keine Rückmeldung.
Aber das scheint ein spezielles Problem mit den russischen Programmen oder Karten zu sein. Der Rat der Loewe Technik war schon bei der ersten Antwort, du solltest dich an deinen Händler wenden.

Have you read my message above? TV is rebooted when I watch red and black pictures from USB drive. It is not satellite programm, it is jpg images (black screen and red screen).
After just 1 minute of changing these jpg images on screen TV is restarted.
I tryed to do the same with USB stick and after 5 minutes of changing these jpg images on screen TV is restarted again.
Also I found that USB stick become very hot (about 45 degree) and USB sockets in TV was very hot. Is it normal?

I will call to my dealer, but it would be difficult to find the reason of such intermittent problem. That's why I ask questions here.

Today my TV was taken by dealer to Loewe service center.

Yesterday my dealer delivered to me replacement TV (bild 3.43) for repair time of my TV (bild 3.43).
Temporary TV has FW V4.4.73.0.
I checked the same issue, as described above - viewtopic.php?f=74&t=9390#p176631 and found the same problem with temporary TV (self rebooting when watching red and black jpg images).
I have upgraded FW in temporary TV to V4.6.7.0, but it doesn't helps. Problem still persist.
So, it is the software problem (not problem with power supply, as I thinked). I will made new topic and describe it more precisely.

Unfortunately, I cannot test problem with UHD channels on temporary TV, as CAM-module with my TV in service center now.

Hallo Sergey, ich möchte dir kurz beschreiben wo ich so meine Probleme habe. Also es geht los wenn ich z.b.YOUTUBE schaue und anschließend wieder TV schauen möchte dann kann es vorkommen das ich nur auf einen schwarzen Bildschirm schaue und der Ton aber zu hören ist. Schalte ich dann aber auf einen andren Sender um, ist auch der Ton nicht mehr zu hören. Schaue übrigens über Sat HD+ ( RTL HD, PRO 7 HD usw.). Auf jedenfall habe ich dieses Phänomen auch schon gehabt wenn ich den DEMO CHANNEL UHD gucke mit dem gleichen resultat. Kann passieren das manchmal 1 Woche nix passiert, kann aber auch sein das es 2 mal am Tag vorkommt. Helfen tut dann halt nur der Netzschalter, weil das Gerät sich mit der Fernbedienung nicht einschalten lässt. Habe diesbezüglich nätürlich auch schon mehrfach mit meinem Händler gespochen aber der kann so auch nichts machen weil das angeblich ein SW-Problem sein soll und somit könne er da halt nichts machen. Natürlich hatte mein Händler rücksprache mit Loewe gehalten. Vor ca. 5 Wochen habe ich auch noch einmal selbst mit der Hotline von Loewe gesprochen. Auch mit LOG Datei usw. Mir wurde mitgeteilt das das Problem erkannt wurde und an die Software Abteilung weitergeleitet wird. Somit weiß ich aber immer noch nicht wann der Fehler behoben wird ( wenn überhaupt ). Ich bin der Meinung, das es durchaus mal vorkommen kann das sich mal die Software aufhängt, aber das passiert mir einfach zu oft. Und der Fernseher läuft in der Woche im normalfall nur Abends außer an den Wochenenden natürlich. Dieses Problem habe ich von anfang an gehabt. Trotz der Probleme kann ich dennoch sagen, ein super Gerät ( das tolle Bild einschädigt )

It looks like I have the same problems: some days TV is working without any problem, but sometime TV may stop responding or self restarted few times per day. Me too have problems from first day of using TV and I use it like you.
I think, there are still many bugs in Loewe OS and this is the common reason of all problems.

I agree, when Loewe TV is working - this is best TV in the world, but, for my own opinion, best TV must not have bugs in software.

Hallo Pretch, ich bin meinem Händler schon häufig genug auf den Keks gegangen. Bei einer Schulung von Loewe hat mein Techniker dieses Problem auch bereits angesprochen. Angeblich bekannt! Er hatte von mir sogar ein Video dort vorgeführt. Mein Techniker meinte, ich sollte bei Loewe auch nochmal selbst anrufen, was ich ja auch getan habe. Weiß beim besten Willen nicht mehr, was ich noch machen könnte. Laut Loewe soll es ein SW Problem sein. Keine Ahnung

Ehrlich gesagt, bei den Problemen die du offenbar mit dem Gerät hast, würde ich drauf bestehen, daß er die beseitigt. Hat er schonmal irgendwas unternommen außer dein Video bei Loewe vorzuführen?
