LOEWE Connect ID und WLAN

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ein Problem. Vielleicht kann mir ja jemand helfen ...

Bei meinem LOEWE-Fernseher war plötzlich die Internet-Verbindung futsch. Also wollte ich sie neue einstellen. Möglicherweise habe ich dabei einen fatalen Fehler gemacht. Ich habe nämlich "Zurücksetzten auf Werkseinstellungen" ausgewählt. Nun sind bei der Auswahl des Netzwerkzugangs nur noch die Menüpunkte "aus" und "ein, nur drahtgebunden" vorhanden. "ein, nur drahtlos" sowie "ei, drahtlos + Bridge-Funktion" fehlen.

Hat jemand eine Idee, was ich machen kann?

Das würde ich auch gerne wissen! Das selbe Problem hatte ich am Sonntag auch. Habe die Devolos anderweitig verwendet und wollte den CID ins Wlan nehmen.

Wird die Konfiguration einer drahtlosen oder drahtlos + Bridge-Funktion über das 
Media-Menü nicht angeboten, hilft  nach der Erstinbetriebnahme ein Netzreset des TV.

Sollte diese Maßnahme nicht zum Erfolg führen, muss das WLAN-Modul über den 
Service-Mode zurück gesetzt werden. Führen Sie dazu die folgenden Schritte in der 
angegebene Reihenfolge aus.

1.) Service Menü => DVB => DVB Info => Network => Delete network config from flash

2.) Service Menü => DVB => DVB Info => Network => Factory - reset of WiFi modules config

3.) Service Menü => DVB => DVB Info => more modules => Delete/mnt/config

Nach dem anschließenden Aus-/Einschalten kann es etwas dauern bis HDD oder WLAN angezeigt werden!

Viele Dank für die Antwort. Allerdings bin ich zu blöd, das Service Menü zu finden. In der Gebrauchsanleitung finde ich nichts.

habe das gleiche Problem. Nur netzgebunden ist sichtbar.

Habe es genauso gemacht wie beschrieben. Leider erfolglos.

Habt ihr weitere Ideen was ich noch versuchen kann?

My apologies for writing in English. My German is not functional yet.
I have the same problem with a Loewe Art 50'. In the morning, the options "wireless only" and "wireless + bridge" appear on the network settings menu. The TV connects to the internet and everything is OK ... for some time. Then, albeit the TV seems to be still connected (Hbb recognized, etc) anything related to the web does not work, some times even the router web interface hangs (but all the computers in the local network, except for the TV, connect alright). When I try to reconfigure the TV's internet, only "off" and "wired only" appear as options. Until the next morning, when everything starts over.
I will try using another router but ... something tells me that it won't work.

Evtl. löst das die neue Software, die auch für den Art kurzfristig kommen sollte?!

I think this issue is caused by WLAN coverage or strenght.
Is there a possibility to temporary move the AP more closer to the TV set or vise versa? Please check if the problem disappears.

Thanks a lot for the clue. My other wifi devices ( portables and mobiles ) work OK, and the tv set is physically 2 meters below the wifi AP,
through a ceiling / floor. In fact, when connected, the TV reports 100% signal stregth. But I will try with another router and closer and will report here
my findings, if positive.

Okay, obviously there must be an other cause for this issue. I think 2m is really close enough... ;-)

What kind of WLAN does your AP transmit? Please try to disable 802.1a and 802.1b so only 802.1g and/or 802.1n only is up.

Tanks a lot again! My router was in "mixed 11bgn mode", so I changed it to "11n only". But now it is 8pm, and thus the TV only shows "off" and "wired only" options for internet. Tomorrow morning, when "wireless" appears back I will try again. May be this time it won't lose the connection in the afternoon ...

I have given up and called Loewe support . They told me that the tv needs service, just from hearing for some seconds the symptoms.

While they show up to pick up the tv (I would like to avoid it because who knows for how long will it be in the workshop) I have been looking a bit more, changed router, etc, and nothing new. I am tempted to use the procedure suggested above by donpaolo but, apart from fearing "bricking" the tv, when I reach the "network" submenu of the "service >> ... etc" menu I cannot access the next submenus ("Delete network config from flash" for example). I mean, it says "for authorised dealers only".

Just pinpoint something strange and maybe meaningful I have realised. At some point the tv reported to be in wireless mode, have an IP address 192.168.0.7 (a free slot in my LAN), reported to be not connected, and reported to have a MAC address 00:-----:de, which, if I am not wrong, is the "MAC address of the tv", which I interpret as the wired ethernet MAC, while ... its wifi MAC address is something like f8:--------- ! :sigh:

If I find out something significant, I will report. I would like to know, though, how to access those service submenus (I can access some, but not all). Just out of unhealthy couriosity...

Habe das gleiche Problem mit meinem Art 50 (SL210). Nach Start wird kein Wlan angezeigt. Nach aus- und wieder einschalten ist es meistens da. Bevor ich mich jetzt ins Service Menü wage, würde ich gerne wissen ob es bei den anderen geklappt hat.
