Loewe bild 2. floor stand adapter

Hello

I have question about connecting a floor stand. I have a floor stand from my previous TV Loewe connect DR and it seems to have the adapter like the Loewe bild 1 and 3 have. However I cannot connect to my Loewe bild 2. I would need this metal plate to connect to the adapter of my floor stand . Is it possible to to buy this metal plate separately? The black plate on below link (3rd pic from top).

Hi,
is it a 2.43 or a 2.49 ?

If it is a 2.43 we have one in our Shops Stock, if a 49 we would have to order it as a spare Part.
