Reporting Software glitches

Both my Loewe TV's experience minor software glitches from time to time. They have the latest software installed
The TV will either freeze / switch itself off, and both very occasionally exhibit a split screen when switched on.
Loewe must I am sure be aware of these issues and as such would I be right in that they are not worth repeatedly reporting with a relevant log no?? I have in the past to very little response or acknowledgement
Like Loewe but having owned several premium brands such issues appear unique to Loewe and surely something that should be addressed?
Its not as if such issues are new

As I have said several times, your issues are not softwarebugs in my opinion.
Nobody else have problems as you report them.

i never heard about problems like this.

Again, contact your dealer, this is a hardware issue.

Had experienced similar issues with the SL220 3 years ago. Very hot summer days then, hence ambient temperature may have caused the issues.

They are only very occasional issues tbh , maybe I am being too fussy and that most people simply would ignore them. Strange that two new TV's one with a new main board exhibit same random issues though; I may in time be proved right one never knows! anyway like I say its not a real problem :thumbsupcool:

Would add that the occasional freezing/going into standby/failing to respond to remote, only happens when I am using the remote to maybe change channels/access EPG etc.

Pleased to report both my TV's have performed faultlessly this last few weeks; they seem to have both settled down. One thing I picked up off a UK Loewe user forum was not to make undertake any functions by way of the remote control for 30 secs or so following switching on ie when the LED has stop pulsating. Not sure if this makes a difference but I have been following his recommendation :thumbsupcool:
