Loewe hat keine WiFi-Verbindung - was kann ich tun?

Dear Loewe friends...
Sorry, I can only communicate in english. Hopefully someone here can help me. I bought today the LSD TV loewe bild 1.32. I'm planning to use only the W-lan router for my TV experience... (Netflix, YouTube...)
In Berlin I'm a client of Kabel Deutschland.
While setting the device I tried to connect the LCD TV to my router, and nothing works. I gave the correct password, and the TV gave me two choices:
1. the automatic configuration. The outcome is always the the login failed
2. the manual configuration. The outcome is a succesfull connection, (up to 95% quality) but it still seems like it's not working either: I'm trying to download the Netflix app and nothing happens and the browser tells that it can resolve the DNS adress of the server.
Can someone help? it's frustrating to own this amazing piece of technology and not being able to use it.
