Hello everyone!

I've recently bought Connect 32" Secondhand. But when I got home i saw streaks and marks under the glass front; It doesn't look like it's on the panel, but rather on the cover in front of the panel. Is this a common issue that can be fixed, or should I try to return it?

I can only get a good picture of it up close, but it looks like streaks and like 4 suction cup marks spread under the entire front glass. It is not visible when the tv is on (except when the scene is black) or when standing afar.

It‘s rather difficult to answer your question because we do not know your LOEWE model or exact type. Therefore the only recommendation now could be to clean your screen using a soft microfibre cloth which should be moist.
Normally such marks or scratches can‘t come up behind the front. If this doesn‘t solve your problem there must be something unnormal which must be detected before. Therefore the model/type is important to know.
