Do you thing Loewe bild 7 will get the hdr + 10 update I’ve heard the oppo uhd 203/ 205 Are getting one

No - for fundamental technical reasons.
And it doesn't matter because there is no HDR10+ content out there besides some demos. It looks like DolbyVision has won the dynamic HDR war: almost all proponents have stopped supporting HDR10+ even though they still are formally members of the (small) HDR10+ consortium.
TL; DR:
Es wird niemals HDR10+ auf SL4xx geben - und keiner wird es merken.
