What I need to do with such bad quality Loewe bild 3.43?

As I see in the head of this forum, this is OFFICIAL Loewe forum.
Well, then every message about problems with Loewe TVs must be read by Loewe team. And every such message must be checked carefully and a clear answer should be given.

1. First of all, 2 month ago I bought defective Loewe bild 3.43. Its in service center now. Full story - viewtopic.php?f=74&t=9390

2. I did not find some features in my new Loewe bild 3.43, which I have in my old Loewe Aconda and asked about them here - viewtopic.php?f=74&t=9337
It looks like my Functions request was sent to an emptyness.

3. I already have found 4 software bugs in Loewe TV, which I described here:
3.1. PictureViewer: switching between black and red pictures cause restart of TV (HL1-19875) - viewtopic.php?f=74&t=9435
3.2. I confirm problem with switching between Internet browser and Youtube -viewtopic.php?f=74&t=9484
3.3. HD HEVC H.265 DVB-S2 channels : half of picture in PIP window - viewtopic.php?f=74&t=9496
3.4. On HD HEVC H.265 DVB-S2 channels picture become interlaced in 50% cases - viewtopic.php?f=74&t=9503

But until now only one of these bugs have tracking number.
It looks like Loewe found new way of customer care - “I don’t care”. Or it is not OFFICIAL Loewe forum.

What Loewe team is thinking about my case?
Are you interested in customers feedback? If I will find new software bug, do I need to describe it here?
May be Loewe should make some kind of compensation to me for all above?

I like my Loewe TV, but I really don’t know what I need to do with such bad quality Loewe bild 3.43:
- ask my dealer to return my money back;
- or wait for solving all of the problems above?

If it is OFFICIAL Loewe forum, I am waiting for official answer.

That's not the case. You won't see any official/legal statement from Loewe here. It's not even guaranteed that Loewe staff members are reading this forum at all (even though it's likely some of them do). But they won't respond directly to any topic brought up here. After all this is a user's forum. Even though the operators/moderators have ways to get in touch with Loewe on technical issues.

About your points:

1. It's an unfortunate event, but there is nothing anyone here in the forum can do about it.

2. Some of the feature wishes were already discussed here. ISTR, that the reason why i-PIP is not available anymore is hardware-related. The colored buttons have fixed meanings in HBBTV and we already have situations, where there are conflicts in the usage of those. So making them programmable would call for even more problems. Also you cannot expect Loewe to step up an implement functions just because one person posts something in a forum. You can send it to the CCC, but you won't get more than a "Thanks for your comment".

3.1. Bug acknowledged. It's Loewe's decision when to fix it. It's probably not at too high proirity as it does seem to happen only on specially constructed pictures.

3.2. Looks like only two people see this, while others could not reproduce it. Maybe some more testing is needed to find out what will trigger this problem.

3.3. and 3.4. Maybe you are indeed that first person experiencing this. Here in Germany we use H.265 only with DVB-T2 and AFAIK, it's usually in 1080p. So it's possible, that this mode is not tested very well.

@Rudi16, thank you for your comments!
Problems 3.3 and 3.4 today becomes bigger, because my satellite provider have changed encoding from H.264 to H.265 on 20 more channels. Also I found, that problem 3.4 exist not only on HD HEVC H.265 DVB-S2 channels, but also on SD HEVC H.265 DVB-S2 channels.

I will wait for an answer from CCC.

Gut, das müsste ja Loewe nachstellen können.
Über welchen Satellit werden die Programme ausgestrahlt?
Pay-TV?

Ich dachte eher an einen Testgenerator mit dem solche Signale erzeugt werden können.
Ev. hat die Entwicklung ja so was.
Oder bei Kathrein ausleihen :D

Whether correct I understand, that no one satellite in Europe not using H.265 1080i or H.265 576i codec?
Anyway, Loewe must have test generators for any usable signals.
