Sorry for the English language.
My problem is as follows:
Last weekend I got the message for a firmware update to Pv4.4.40.0.
I continued and installed the new firmware. No problem.
Now I want to make a backup on a USB stick of all my setup channels (transfer channels lists).
I put in a newly formatted USB stick (FAT32).

But whatever I try the 'Transfer Channels list' remains dimmed and cannot be selected.
What could be the problem? Please help, any advice will be appreciated.

If yes, the stick ist ok and usable.

Copied a picture to the USB stick. Yes it is visible on TV.
So stick is OK.

But still the menu option 'Transfer All Channels Lists' remains dimmed and cannot be selected.

Läuft grad eine Aufnahme oder irgendwas?

No, no recording is running.
TV is in normal use.

Has no one any idea to fix this problem???
