This may be an issue with BBC not Loewe and I have reported it to them and am awaiting a response, but it may be of help to others

BBCi player loads the Home screen but will not play any programmes. Signal strength not an issue

Applies to both my sets and happened simultaneously. Amazon fire stick works fine

I will report back as to what the BBC technicians advise

BBC have now solved the problem
