Key Function sound / picture error??

On my Connect 40 UHD SL420 when you select sound/picture in the Key Function menu under Control it only brings up the Sound mode
On my Art 48 UHD SL410 when you select the same it brings up Picture Format only with no option.
On my Art 48 UHD SL410 when you select the same it brings up Picture Format only with no option.
