TV leaves deep standby sometimes on its own

Sometimes my Connect goes comes out of deep standby on its own and remains in a quick start mode with the front display light no longer dimmed . This often happens during the night; EPG guide update is not acitivated; energy saving is activated

Also last night it failed to come out of its BLUE dr+ streaming mode despite being set for +4 hrs; I had to manually switch the TV on and then off

I would send a Log but cannot as the TV is not actually on

:???:

Thread topic changed from "TV standby" only, due to more information about the special question is!

- Did you test, if it is really in quick start mode bei switching it on?
- Mobile Recording activated?
- Any other device connected to the Loewe by HDMI?

Switch TV on and send a log. Or what is the problem?

Quick start mode had not actually been changed in the settings but the TV behaved as if it had been

I will next time send a log

Mobile recording was active but only set for prime time 18.00 to 00.00

Last night the TV (Connect 40 UHD) did not revert to deep standby after the end of the scheduled recording session.
The LED light remained brightly lit for about 6 hours and you could hear slight whirring noise from inside the set. During this time DR archive streaming was also active (No BLUE light)

Connect 40 UHD

TV was in standby recording a set programmeoff the EPG : RED LED displayed
At the end of the recording RED LED off BRIGHT WHITE LED displayed
TV emits whirring sound and doesn't revert to hard standby whereby the white light dims
Mobile recording and EPG update off

Can a moderator kindly confirm this has been forwarded to Technical

Can someone confirm this has been forwarded to technical ( I did politely ask before)

This TV has been stuck with its LED brightly lit for 12 hrs now and refuses to go into deep standby mode even if you switch it off via the handset

or

Do I get the dealer to take the set away as it is faulty

Its only 3 months old and already has had a new board let alone other faults detailed on this forum

Update:

Problem has been identified. If you switch OFF sharing DR archives with other TV's under CONTROL the TV performs normally. There is some sort of software bug affecting the DR and streaming which causes the tv to act randomly

Mobile recording now seems to work so it is somehow affecting this function too

Or so I thought; problem back.

After successfully recording a programme whilst in standby the TV has failed to return to deepstandby mode from red LED recording mode
The bright white LED is now on !!
Cannot revert to deep standby mode by using handset; switching on/off dosent help

I will trust Loewe will investigate further and will leave matters for now

Definitely something to do with the DR+ IMO. Whilst stuck in standby I noticed that it fails to delete timer recordings from the timer list

Had to use power switch on TV this am to revert to deep standby
