Export Log

Apologies if this has been asked before but if you create an export log via the internet do you note the number along with date and forward this via a message on the Loewe website detailing any issues, or should you post the information on this site

You are welcome to post the log number here in the opened thread dealing with the issue/problem.
And don´t forget to add the exact time of the event and a short description of what happened.

Of course. But without any benefit. And you shouldn't take the two-pronged approach. Discussion here and additional contact to Loewe is kind of senceless as we are part of the support also.
