Hallo, ich bin Französisch und ich benutze einen französisch-deutschen Übersetzer, um zu schreiben.

Ich habe ein bild 5 65" OLED TV im Dezember 2017 gekauft.

Ich habe ein Bildproblem mit meinem Fernseher : wenn ich meinen Fernseher anschalte, habe ich kein Bild, nur den Ton über HDMI ARC und mein Sono AMP.

Wenn ich den Fernseher anschalte, blinkt die weiße Bar (Loewe Eye) und geht dann zu festem Grün, der Sound kommt über HDMI ARC (Sonos AMP) an, aber es gibt kein Bild, der Bildschirm bleibt völlig schwarz. Nach ca. 30 Sekunden schaltet der Fernseher automatisch aus und das Loewe Auge kehrt zurück in die feste weiße Leiste.

Hast du eine Ahnung von dem Problem?

Auch wenn du die Menütaste drückst , kommt kein Bild ?

Im ungünstigsten Fall ist das Mainboard defekt.

Nein, kein Bild, nur der Ton von TV und TV schaltet sich nach 30 Sekunden alleine aus.

Wie viel würde es kosten, ein Mainboard zu ändern?

Afin de localiser plus précisément le défaut, pouvez-vous :
-déconnecter l'appareil du secteur
-débrancher tous les périphériques (HDMI, antenne, réseau...)
-rebrancher et redémarrer l'appareil ?

J'ai fait cette manipulation hier.

Aucun changement, la TV s'allume (barre verte fixe dans l'oeil Loewe) et l'écran reste complètement noir comme si la TV était éteinte, seul le son fonctionne. Après environ 30 secondes, la TV s'éteint toute seule. C'est la même chose à chaque fois.

From experience, the behavior of your TV is linked to a problem with the T-CON/display. The board starts up for about 20 seconds, does not detect communication with the T-CON and therefore goes into protection.
Attention, do not carry out any other power-on tests, because after a certain number of attempts, the software locks up and therefore it is necessary to rewrite the SubMicom to restart the board.

If it's the T-COn board it can be repaired, if the problem is the display.... new TV...

Unfortunately, Oled panels are delicate and this problem is not unusual, sorry

I called my insurance following the TV failure (bild 5.65).

A technician (not specialised Loewe) has been appointed for my insurance. He came to see the TV at home. He asked for spare parts.

Then, he told me that there are no more spare parts available for the TV.

Is it possible? I bought the bild 5.65 in december 2017!

Bonjour, il y a toujours des pièces disponibles pour cet appareil, il serait même possible de remplacer la dalle...

Normally in this chassis when an OLED panel becomes defective, the white led starts to blink slowly. But not fading like it does when booting up. Just 3 secs on, 3 secs off and so on. This happens indeed after several attemts to start up.

To reset: switch off tv with main switch, push button "TXT" on the remote and while pressing this button, you have to switch back on the main switch. Then your OLED protection has been reset.

I tried but it didn’t work...

Always the same problem...

I tried to send an MP but I am not sure it works...

Following my experience, there are 3 possibilities (Standby Led green, no picture) :
-PSU defect, Control unit is not correctly powered.
-Mainboard defect, FRC is not working
-Display control unit is defective and in this case, complete display must be replaced.
