Hi Maxim,
actually 5GHz is not a problem.
Try to reset the network settings of the TV and try again.

5 GHz radio behaves more like light: With clear sight between the router and the TV it should work. Any wall or floor / ceiling of concrete in between and 5 GHz may stop working.

Hi Pretch . Did as you wrote, reset the network to the factory settings. After that, when searching, wi-fi finds 2.4 and does not see 5. As soon as I connected to 2.4, the network search again sees 5. When I connect to 5, I again get the error Base station is not available. It's strange that he doesn't see network 5 when he makes the first search. Maybe you faced such a problem and have a solution?
sorry, I have no idea, but maybe someone else has advice.

There are routers out there where you can specify distinct SSID's for the 2.4 and 5 GHz range, respectively.
I stumbled once over this issue. I had opted for the same SSID name for both frequency ranges, but I spelled one in lower keys and the other one with a capitalised first letter. That led to comparable problems. After I made sure that both SSID's were exactly equally spelled all in lower keys, the problem vanished.

I found the nature of the problem .When the TV is first started, loewe detects a frequency of 5 ghz .When you enter the network login and password, it connects and shows a signal strength of 92%.Atomtically IP 192.168.031.151.https://cloud.3points.xyz/Jru4De0O After switching on and entering the network settings, this network is not available . When re-starting loewe determines the IP 169.254.4.73.https://cloud.3points.xyz/4gu2nXo1 I try to set the ip manually to 192.168.031.151. register the gateway and dns connection is going on after which the connection status is "Base station unavailable". It turns out that at the first start, the TV sees the network and connects when searching for a network and connecting, it sees the network but does not connect . Maybe someone had similar problems, write how you solved them

It´s quite hard for me to understand the second half of your post ...

The IP address 169.254.xx.xx with mask 255.255.0.0 is a so called zeroconf IP address. You obtain an address from this range every time the DHCP (which should be supplied by the router) fails or the WiFi can not be established. So nothing unnormal with this IP address.

Maybe there is a problem with the password of the router. The SSID appears to be “ozon” - you might want to try using only latin characters for the password also.

I will write from the details of the connection and configuration here.
I tried to connect to the network its name is SevenSky_564 2.4 ghz password number 8915 .............. 10 digits
The TV sees the network and connects to it. Unfortunately, 4k content is played with a delay, so I connect to a frequency of 5 ghz. I have router wi-fi 2 band redmi ax5 [/ b] 2,
4 ghz and 5 ghz https://cloud.3points.xyz/Jru4xknX [/ url] The router is configured to issue IP automatically DHCP is enabled https://cloud.3points.xyz/KoudJ04Q [/ url] . Other 5ghz devices are automatically connected as shown in the screenshot.
The 5 ghz network has the Latin name ozon; the password is numeric 1404 ...... (10 digits) https: //cloud.3points.
xyz / o0u6PorY [/ url] .
When you turn on the TV for the first time or after restarting the TV through the menu (return to factory settings) The TV sees 2 networks SevenSky_564 (2.4 ghz) and ozon (5 ghz) https: //cloud.3points.
xyz / WnuYx6ON [/ url] The TV connects to the ozon (5 ghz) network and shows the connection status "Connection established" Communication quality 98% https://cloud.3points.xyz/Jru4De0O I go through this setting looking for tv channels Loewe finds tv channels Then I go to the network settings and see the connected ozon network.
Communication status "Base station unavailable" I tried to prescribe manual settings for IP 192.168.31.159. After entering and connecting them in the network settings, the address 169.254.4.73 2.4 is always connected and shows the ip from the local network pool https://cloud.3points.xyz/6qu8YORz [/ url]

Your settings appear to be correct. I have no idea why it is not working.
You could try another router or a 5 GHz network of one of your neighbours.
