Die Oberklasse

Hello, i have a bild 5.65 with the last firmware (V.5.1.8), i have a Sonos One with Alexa (french version) and i have a problem !

On my iPhone, i download Loewe skills (in Alexa app), i turn on the TV and i activate Alexa on the bild 5.65. Everything is ok, i can tell Alexa to change the channel, increase the volume, turn on/off the TV (...).

But the next day, when i tell Alexa to turn on the TV, Alexa say : TV is not connected to the network ! So i have to turn on the TV with Loewe remote and i have to disconnect and connect again Alexa on the TV and Alexa is ok. But next day, same problem...

What is the problem ?? I programmed quick start on the Loewe TV between 7h30 and 23h00, should i leave quick start 24h/24 ? Others solutions ?

Auch ich habe bei meinem LOEWE bild 7 das gleiche Problem. Nach einem Tag erkennt der LOEWE ALEXA nicht mehr. Das gilt auch, wenn der LOEWE abends im Bereitschaftsmodus ist.

Ich nutze kein Alexa, hab kein Echo, daher kann ich dazu leider nichts sagen.

Ich habe ebenfalls exakt das gleiche Problem.
Nach längerern Recherchen im Netz ist häufig von Cloud Problemen seitens Amazon die Rede...
