I have downloaded the Loewe app on to my ipad. However even though my TV is on and on the same wi fi network, no devices are recognised. Should I be doing something else to get it to work?? Thanks PS on latest 5.. software

Within the same network the app should show your Loewe to select it after starting the app for the very first time and doing the initial settings.

Strange nothing there. I have 2 Loewe both running off the same home wi fi network as is the Ipad. I do the initial settings, choose country but it then states that 'No Loewe TV's were found in your Network' even though switched on and checked connected in settings. Has worked previously although it was probably over a year ago since I last tried.
I will try on my wife's iphone tonight

Well one TV is recognised (Connect) but not the other (bild 5) . Both on same network

New Fibre Broadband installed and both TV's now recognised on ipad
