MediaNet replacement

Dear all,

(Apologies for writing in English, but you would not want to try and fathom my very poor German!)

I am hoping someone can guide me to a post I'm sure I have seen on this forum, but now can't seem to find it. I have a SL151 Individual 40 3D and although it still has great picture and sound for my needs, the MediaNet software is a bit old and clunky. I'm sure I saw some very clever person had written some media software than runs as a server on your PC which you accessed via IP address as a shortcut on the Loewe browser. The video showed them navigating to the browser and the shortcut, whereby they got a more updated media experience! Sadly, I can't remember the name of the software, the user who posted it, or which part of this forum I saw it (I didn't bookmark it stupidly  )

Does anyone know of the software I'm talking about and can show me where it is, please?

Thanks in advance,

Jon

I thought as much. I think I was just trying to be cheap and not buy any new equipment first :D

Thank you Pretch.
