Stand won't rotate on Video

Hello
Sorry for my English, I don't speak German.
I have a Loewe Individual 3D Compose 400DR + 50431 B34 with update 8.46.
I have this stand in the pic which is motorised.
It rotates left and right when the buttons are pressed on the remote control but only on the A/V channel (0) rather than when i am watching TV etc on the HDMI inputs etc.
Why is this please?

The stand/floor bracket wont move electrically?

Ich hab leider keine Idee warum das so ist, der TV sollte natürlich in jeder Betriebsart drehen.

Is there an asterisk when you look at the software version?
Should be without, if there is a*, reinstall the software again.

Ah I understand. No there is no asterix *, it says version 8.46.0

Okay, so I don't have an idea right now. Maybe check the plugs and disconnect the Tv from the mains for a few minutes.
