Hi,

I’ve got a multiroom receiver but the media assist remote cant find the receiver. Wat could be the problem? The amplifier works because it does play music.
Is there a way to reset the receiver to factory settings?

Hi, I already have sometimes the same issue. Simply pull out the power plug for approx. one minute and then connect it again. Then search for the MRR and reconnect. greetings Parker

Are both MRR and the remote control properly connected to the same LAN/WLAN?

Yes,
Connecting it to ethernet doesnt work either.
But how can I see if it is connected to WLAN if I cant see it on the remote?

Did you ever had a connection between the Loewe Assist Media and your MRR?

Not with this one. I've got 3 MRR and 3 remote's, the other 2 work fine with all three remote's
