Some issues with my new Loewe SL5, Log file sending

Hi,

have irritating problem with just 'out-of-the-box' SL520 based 5.5 OLED.

Croatia just switched to DVBT2 HEVC, and is breaking buggy 2.6.1.:

- 1st variant: after couple of minutes on DVBT2 HD channel, screen goes black, sound stays on. Worse subvariant: set goes to standby, and only hard onoff helps, sometimes.
- 2nd variant: going quickly though channels, set stucks to first channel, but system screen presents chaning of the channeles. Worse subvariant: set stops responding to remote. Only hard onoff restores set.

for both variants above, nothing is connected to HDMIs.

-3rd variant: switching channels quickly on STB (connected through HDMI switch, to HDMI2) for 30 secs, send set to standby. Only hard onoff helps.

For me, basic TV functionality is not working. This is my own third Loewe (not to mention two of my father Ive wanted before) in last 16 years. Cmon , dont make it my last one.

Ive created error log, where can I post it here on the forum ?

You should send log files only, when you are asked to do that.
Loewe or we here will ask for them.

Second: after a hard shotdown (switching off not only by remote), there are no log files saved!

When you send a log file, you have to know, when the problem happened.



I changed the titel of the thread.
Unfortunately there are three(!) problems mentioned in one thread.



The first issue is known with the current software.
Solution one is a downgrade. Solution two is waitung for the next software.

Maybe a downgrade will solve the other issues also. I don´t know.
But I will ask internally, if they are related to the first one.

Issue 1 is - as I already mentioned - known and will be fixed. But now date communicated so far.
Issue 2 should be related. Switching between DVB-T2-Channels.

You might „solve“ both problems by downgrading the software, until a fixing is available.

Issue 3: which Set-Top-Box is causing the problem?
