Functions request: I-PIP, more customizable keys on remote control, screen freeze.

I've been using Loewe Aconda for almost 20 years and I'm still very pleased with his capabilities.

I was very upset when I did not find some features in my new Loewe bild 3.43:

1. There is no choice of PIP and I-PIP (intellectual PIP).
I-PIP - when you press the PIP key, the main image moves to the PIP window and P+/P- will change channel in the main screen. When you click PIP again, the image from the PIP returns to the full screen.
It's very useful and eliminates needs of pressing many buttons.
Please, return I-PIP!

2. When using I-PIP, pressing of blue key on remote control should start scan of channels in the main screen (not in the PIP window).
Also it would be useful to be able to scan channels without PIP.

3. There is only one customizable key (Favorites) in Loewe bild, while the colored keys on remote control remain partially unused.
In Loewe Aconda you could configure all 4 color keys for frequently used functions. I would like to be able to set up the free color keys for quick access to frequently used functions, for example - picture format, volume of the headphones, channel scan, etc. (red and green keys are not used in most cases in Loewe bild)

4. There is a possibility of screen freezing in Loewe Aconda. Of course, there is a real pause in the Loewe bild, but it does not work instantly (it takes minimum 1 second until image will be freezed). And sometimes you just need to make an instant screen freeze. Return the function of screen freezing, please!

Hope to see these functions in the new Firmware!

Ja, du hast die Wahl, statt der Loewe Assist eine frei programmierbare Fernbedienung zu nutzen.
Loewe bemüht sich um ein Bedienkonzept, mit dem möglichst viele Kunden zurechtkommen.

HbbTV sind nicht die einzigen Funktionen auf den Farbtasten.

Loewe Assist - is the perfect remote control!
I will never change it to other. And usability of Loewe remote control was one of the reasons of selecting Loewe TV once again.

I think, it is possible to make user defined colored keys on remote control with lowest priority. So, when color key is free, then used user defined function. And when key is not free (already assigned to HbbTV or to other application), then used preprogrammed function of key from application.

Please, think about it.

And one more thing, about usability. Red key, for example, is much easier to find and press, than Favorites key.

By the way, about user defined colored keys on remote control:
if I correct understand, RED, GREEN and BLUE buttons have no assigned functions for LONG PRESS. Why not to make them user defined, as Favorites button?
I heard from many persons here (on this forum) the same wish of more user defined buttons on remote control.

I just received an answer from Loewe CCC:

iPIP is not part of the current products we have discontinued since chassis SL2xx. With our next major software release PV5.0.x we’ll introduce this again.

So, question is when PV5.0.x will be available?

This is not planned.
Customize keys:
There is no change planned. The coloured keys used in the past are mostly used by HbbTV therefore customized functions on that keys won’t work anyway as the buttons are captured by the HbbTV function.

So, only big number of customers feedback can make Loewe change they mind.

At some unspecified time in the future. Firmware version 5 is very early in the development and betatesting cycle. Thus, a release this year is less likely than a release next year.

Na, schön, wenn das CCC das ausplaudert, ist es wohl kein Geheimnis mehr. iPiP befindet sich im Betatest. Zum Zeitrahmen hat Dani schon alles geschrieben. Die Betatester haben sich seit 2014 dafür eingesetzt, dass dieses Feature zurückkommt.

Might be I don't understand something in this life, if it took 4 years to test such simple function.
What is iPIP - just pressing next sequence of buttons: (PIP, Yellow, Green) by one iPIP button. And back in the reverse order.

And I will also be wondered, if no one of Loewe customers will not leave here feedback about customizable keys. May be translation problem persist...
Can someone translate next my message into German?

you are absolutely right, more Keys should be programmable.
Here viewtopic.php?f=11&t=8418&start=25 I made the request to make at least the PIP-Key programmable. (I never use PIP)
Also, none of the possibilities for programming the *-Key is useful for me.
I don't know why direct Access to Sources (Quellen) is not offered here, or much better, the access to a chooseable DLNA-Server.

I already saw your message. I agree, there is very small choice of functions for Favorites button. And I'm sure, there are still exist unused buttons with LONG PRESS on remote control.
