I have had a similar issue here in the UK. The EPG is there sometimes but other times fails to populate. This affects recordings schedules when it occurs and can result in the TV being stuck in the timer programme being prepared mode which mimics the quick start mode resulting in it being stuck fore...

Reading a review of the Loewe range over in the UK it states that the LCD/LED bild 3 will now come in 43in and 49in sizes. I suspect that this will apply to the bild 5 range with the 55in being discontinued in favour of OLED??

I am sure you are on the right lines and its not an issue with the TV. Probably accounts for the intermittent mobile recording issues.
Latest software update has solved a number of issues with my TV's which are performing pretty flawlessly now

Sometimes the apps do not work/illiuminate after switching the set on. You have to restart the TV to get them to work. This has happened on two occasions on both my Art and Connect TV's in the last couple of days; will get a log no when it next occurs

I have an Art UHD (bild 3) which allows me to watch streamed recorded programmes from the DR archive off my Connect UHD (bild 5) .
All depends one supposes if the Individual has a DR streaming capability??

If it occurs again would you suggest downgrading to an earlier software and then reinstalling the latest as seems to be advised in the other thread?

The EPG disappeared totally from my Connect 40 UHD SL420 last night. Normal viewing on DVB clicked on EPG and no programmes were listed. However I didn't have the EPG data capture function activated and after activating today the EPG is fully populated. Presumably I should leave the EPG data capture...

Can confirm that the dimming function works correctly.
Setting 10 will switch off the LED fully in a dark room, it will light up very dimly when the room brightens.

It seems to me a pity that Loewe don't produce a stand that accepts an accessory tray. The TV may look very nice on a stand but where do you place a Blu ray player etc; presumably on the floor which cant be ideal?? Just noticed that the LED in standby (SL420) has lit up albeit dimly when setting is at 10, overnight it was not visible at all; I had thought 10 switches it off entirely but maybe not??
