Since two weeks I have got the same problem, WLAN just disappears and after a factory reset it returns. Doesn't feel like a hardware issue.. Already had a new harddrive, new TV set and I hope this time it's just a firmware issue. What do you think?

I have exactly the same problem after the latest update. Black screen after start up. BTW: The shaky EPG was gone after I took out the power plug, but when starting the TV in normal conditations EPG is shaky again... grrr

OMG, what a disappointing upgrade: trouble with sound (external Loewe Subwoofer), EPG is buggy.. hope they correct this soon! Any one experiencing the same issues? I live in NL and have a 40inch Connect UHD.
