Great news: with the latest upgrade from SL8 to SL9 the Appletv+ banding behaviour has completely been solved!

Just for update, i had a chance to test the Appletv 3rd gen 4k and there're no issues with Dolby Vision+Precision Detail.

So it's defintely the AppleTv+ app that runs on Vidaa Loewe OS which doesn't work with Precision Detail feature.
