Any ideas? Never ever had the Prime Video app, but always updated the software to the latest version.

Located in Portugal (EU) (Amazon Prime Video is available in the country)

I have a Loewe One 55 UHD (White Edition) with SL305 board but never seen the Amazon Video app. It's running software 5.3.5 (latest). I can't find the app neither on "Home", "Apps" or searching the "App Gallery".

Anyone know why?
