Just checked; the column between the table stand plate to the adapter with the Art 48 should be 10cms tall (the Connect is 7.5cms)

I think my previous comments were wrong . Having looked at my Tv's the reason why the Loewe eye doesn't hit the Connect stand is because its 4 legged design means the Loewe eye can never hit the stand which ever way it is turned. The bild 4 data sheet does show the Art stand as an option which I think is wrong?? I have a Connect 40 and Art 48. The Art 48 stand will not fit the Connect , you have to switch the adapters around from both stands to make the Art stand taller.

The adapter that attaches to the back of the TV is different ie taller/higher on the bild 5 /Connect to allow room for the Loewe eye. You should be able to purchase the appropriate adapter from your dealer and fit it to the Art stand, the fittings are identical, but your current set up wont fit. Alt...

Does anyone know if you can fit the Loewe Universal adapter onto the stand that came with the Individual??

Could some sort of flexible washers be of benefit where the motherboard attaches to the main frame?? Could the motherboard itself be at fault?? Don't suppose they split/fracture??

Don't think it should do that but not 100% sure. The TV can sometimes emit a blue light is standby mode but the white should remain steady only flashing on startup?? Why not turn it off, switch off at set and mains and then power up again, it could be just a quirk??

I don't think you can; anyway surely buying another soundbar would make the cost equivalent to buying the bild 5 which gives you lots of options

Here in the UK I tried to get such a stand as well as the Universal in silver but no luck; try dealers for ex-display items or Ebay but they are hard to find however as more people move toward OLED they may show up more??

Does this issue only affect the bild 7 and if so maybe therein lies the solution? ie Could it be for example the screen lift motor or the additional aluminium plate attached to the rear of the screen which I presume accounts for the increase in screen thickness.
Just a thought.
